About Our Auction
Artists from across Gainesville and beyond have donated their work to be auctioned off in pursuit of Grace Grows' fundraising efforts, which you can browse here. All funds will go towards our garden and horticulture training program for people who are experiencing homelessness. These programs allow folks to gain a certification or an industry credential while also growing healthy food for themselves and the shelter.
Due to COVID-19 we have not been able to fundraise like we normally would to cover the costs of the program so in lieu of an in person fundraiser we have organized this auction.
About Grace Grows
Grace Grows is a non-profit organization that empowers people who are experiencing homelessness or food insecurity through horticulture. Our programs are rooted in community development, therapeutic horticulture, and education. We grow healthy and culturally appropriate food with and for people experiencing homelessness. Although we are completely separate financial and administrative entities, we share facilities on the GRACE Marketplace campus.
